The National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) helps those suffering from domestic abuse and violence gain legal protection from their abusers.
Our service allow anyone who has recently experienced or been threatened with domestic abuse or violence to apply for an emergency court injunction.
We help all victims/survivors of domestic abuse regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, socio-economic status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or background.
Our service is free. We have never charged a victim/survivor, and we never will!
But we do need help to be able to continue to give our service free of charge to people.Â

NCDV are a Not-for-Profit Community Interest Company, every penny we receive through donations goes towards strengthening and expanding our Pro Bono Department who support and help over 5,000 victims who do not qualify for Legal Aid and would otherwise remain unprotected each year.
