Workforce Development Officer
The Workforce Development Officer will support the development, training and engagement of employees across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the post holder will coordinate and deliver staff inductions, support training programmes, maintain learning records and provide general workforce development support. The role also includes a small element of HR administration, offering an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to develop a career in workforce development and human resources. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake relevant training to support their professional development. Please note that this role is a hybrid position - 3 days in Guildford office & 2 days working from home.

NCDV is a fast, free injunction service to those at risk of all forms of domestic abuse regardless of their financial situation, gender, ethnic or sexuality. Our employees are committed to helping survivors of domestic abuse helping them by drafting their court application forms and witness statements which are then sent to our panel of Solicitors in order for them to receive legal representation. NCDV's mission is to help as many people as possible gain access to the legal justice and protection.
