Northumberland Domestic Abuse Services (NDAS) supports anyone affected by domestic abuse across Northumberland. We provide free, confidential one-to-one emotional and practical support. We work closely with local organisations to provide you with the specialist support that you need. We run specialist programmes: The Freedom Programme, Freedom Forever and The Recovery Toolkit which are designed to improve self-esteem, mental health and well-being in order to break the cycle of abuse.
