Lighthouse provides a refuge in Ipswich supporting women and children fleeing domestic abuse. We also provide a Women’s Centre for crisis and advice support as well as a range of programmes and services free of charge. These include Freedom Programme, Power to Change, Escape the Trap and a range of children’s courses. We also signpost to other agencies for specific needs outside domestic abuse such as legal advice, substance misuse and debt.
