Homefinder UK is the only national housing mobility scheme offering case management services to social housing applicants. Set up by Home Connections in 2013, this “move on” service has helped over 900 households find permanent social housing, to date. The scheme offers housing opportunities for the homeless, applicants in temporary accommodation, overcrowded council tenants and victims of domestic violence, as well as private sector tenants facing eviction. Homefinder UK’s dedicated case management service supports applicants throughout the bureaucratic social housing process to help them secure their “forever” home.
