Empowerher CIC is set up for Women and young girls from all communities’ pan London, particularly, BME who are underrepresented and are and have experienced abuse -violence, mental health forced marriage, honour and gender-based violence, lesbian relationships, child sexual exploitation and FGM. To help rebuild their lives and develop awareness of programmes and services that can help them to integrate back into society.
We are also the only specialists service that deliver programmes in languages and help women from communities (predominately South Asian and Muslims) who have little or no English, isolated from the community due to cultural, religious and language barriers. We help them find a voice and empower them to become aware of their rights and how to make informed choices living in the UK.
