Chrysalis Centre for Change is a mental health and domestic abuse charity based in St Helens Merseyside, supporting adults who identify as female. We have a range of support services including counselling, CBT, support groups for mental health and domestic abuse, courses to help improve confidence and assertion and reduce stress, anxiety and depression, a bereavement support programme and a regular therapeutic art and craft sessions.
