Anah Project provides safe, refuge accommodation and support for Black and Minoritised women fleeing domestic abuse/violence, forced marriage, so-called honour-based violence and Female Genital Mutilation.
We provide culturally sensitive holistic support to all women, education, training and support to move-on into independent living. We support women to make informed choices, increase their personal and financial autonomy and build resilience. We actively promote the rights of women and challenge attitudes and behaviours that normalise gender- based violence, through our preventative work in schools and the wider community.
