Statistics produced for January show that the highest number of referrals have come to NCDV through their app and online referral system REFERDIRECT.
NCDVs award winning app and referral system is completely unique and received the highest ever usage during January 2016. Fueled by an up uptake by the police and agencies in embracing the technology, police forces throughout the country are now using these systems as part of their standard procedure.
Mark Groves, Head of Operations said ” January has been an extremely busy month for us and it is the technology we have developed that has allowed us to cope. The police and agencies are embracing the benefits of using our app, no longer are lengthy phone calls necessary to refer victims”.
NCDV have now increased their call handling team, First Steps, by another 4 people, Mark said ” We have an excellent team producing a fantastic service, without their dedication we would not be able to help so many people”.
