App update

NCDVs award winning app has now been updated. NCDV’s online referral system Refer Direct has a mobile app version that has won a number of awards. The 2017 update is now available across all platforms and is available for download. The main changes are increased security and a simpler interface. Download here

Changes to Ofcom regulations that recently came into force have  completely confused NCDV’s callers.
