The NCDV service is aimed towards the police and other agency workers as much as it is towards survivors of domestic violence. To this end, please ensure anyone you refer to NCDV has your contact details. This will allow us to keep you updated and ensure the best possible service is delivered.

1 » Complete and return the NCDV Referral Form

2 » Refer over the telephone using our contact details

• You can call NCDV to make a referral by simply providing the relevant details.

3 » Advise the client to make a self-referral and offer our contact details

• We would be grateful if you could please provide the client with your contact details so that NCDV can contact you to confirm the referral and, if appropriate, keep you updated.
